Amy Horn, LMT Owner  I graduated from the Sedona School of Massage, where I received 700 hours of training in a number of massage modalities, with an emphasis in Deep Tissue Massage. I also have specialized training in Sports Massage and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). I'm currently pursuing certification in Orthopedic Massage to address specific injury and pain conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and sciatica. As a massage therapist, my approach to massage focuses on the individual, with a detailed assessment followed by a customized session. I often blend a number of techniques, but tend to do a lot of deep tissue and trigger point therapy. Personal Info I have called Flagstaff and northern Arizona home since 1994. In my free time, I like to explore and experience northern Arizona with my husband Rick and our 2 dogs. We hike, camp, ski, snowshoe, and play in and on the water. I also enjoy baking, reading, and studying the human and natural history of the area. My newest challenge is gardening in Flagstaff! |

I customize each session by blending modalities that are pertinent to your goals in order to meet your needs. These modalities range from deep tissue, myofascial release and neuromuscular therapy/trigger point with a focus on structural work.
While the goal might be to release chronic pain, I always make sure that there is an element of relaxation in order to penetrate more deeply and safely into the muscles.
