When I create a calm, relaxing environment in the office, I consider the effect on all of your senses. Try these tips to engage your sense while relaxing at home.
Smell – Clear out cooking and other smells. Add lavender, ylang ylang, chamomile, citrus, or whichever scent you find relaxing. I prefer essential oils but use whatever you like. Keep it subtle.
