Through my work, I aim to hold space and allow the body to tune into its innate healing processes. I believe that given the space to feel itself, the body can begin to heal itself. A lot of my work integrates more traditional swedish strokes with myofascial or connective tissue techniques, as well as, still work, such as craniosacral therapy and acupressure. As a leisurely athlete myself, I also have an extensive understanding of musculature and understand the inner workings and connections of pesky, specific injuries. While I offer deep, therapeutic pressure where needed, I generally tend to believe that less is more when it comes to effective healing. By allowing the body to rest, relax, and release itself, I find incredible results with a wide-array of bodies and conditions, letting the tissue guide me, rather than forcing it under my hands. Patience is key to bringing back awareness and interoception, and ultimately, the goal is to do no harm and bring wellness back into the body. Each session is unique and tailored directly to your needs in the moment. By listening to the body and responding to tissue, I intuitively pull from a vast bag of tools to offer it what it needs. All the while communicating verbally and attending to nonverbal cues to ensure you remain comfortable and in control.
I specialize in an approach coined by my mentor, acucraniatsu, which integrates craniosacral therapy, shiatsu and acupressure. I find this holistic, still approach to provide the best results for my patients, allowing them to sink in and revisit that long-lost connection between mind, body, and spirit. I am honored to serve the flagstaff community as a conduit for self-healing and personal discovery, and am ecstatic to join a group of well-versed, passionate therapists at bodies in balance. I believe there is no therapy as meaningful as intentional touch. |

Having been involved in sports my whole life, I can appreciate the need for a good massage. It has also created the ability and expertise of knowing when stretching and strengthening would be appropriate for each individual client.
I am fluent in a full range of massage techniques from Swedish to Sports and Trigger point Therapy. I tend to have a naturally strong touch making Deep tissue one of my specialties. Cupping and RockTape are also a techniques that I enjoy incorporating into sessions when applicable. I listen well and value the importance of communication with my clients about assessments and treatment plans. Each session ends with self-care solutions to expedite their own healing and get lasting results. After completing my Business degree and working in the culinary industry for years, I decided to follow my passion for sports and health. Now as a graduate from the local Arizona School of Integrated Studies here in Flagstaff, I am excited to help you on your journey of wellness. |

I love helping clients relieve pain and improve their mobility. I worked with a chiropractor for many years and have experience with a wide range of injuries and pain conditions, including sciatica, low back pain, shoulder injuries, headaches, and neck pain.
I also have experience helping athletes recover from sports injuries such as tendonitis, IT Band tightness/pain, and strained muscles. In my sessions, I integrate Sedona Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and gentle stretching to mold every massage to each individual client’s needs. I’ve continued my education with specialties such as Neck Release and Cranial Unwinding, which help people who suffer from headaches and migraines. I’ve also studied Low Back Release which reduces lower body aches as well as sciatic pain. These therapies have proven helpful to cyclists, runners, swimmers, as well as those who spend a good portion of their day sitting in front of a computer. My training and experience helped me achieve a greater understanding of the total body connection so I often suggest stretching and postural corrections to help clients live pain free. |
