Meet Our Therapists
All of our massage therapists have a minimum of 700 hours of training, and are licensed by the state of Arizona. Each therapist also has additional specialized training and experience, with individual specialties in stress and tension reduction, pain management, injury recovery, and sports performance.
It would be our pleasure to put our experience and skill to work for you!

Karalee, AZ License MT-23034I love helping clients relieve pain and improve their mobility. I worked with the elders for many years and have experience with a wide range of injuries and pain conditions, including sciatica, low back pain, shoulder injuries, headaches, and neck pain.
Specializing in helping clients relieve stress and relax, my style includes a light to moderate touch. I like to access deep tissues slowly, waiting for muscles to relax rather than forcing my way into the tissue. In my sessions, I integrate Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and gentle stretching to mold every massage to each individual client’s needs. I’ve continued my education with specialties such as Migraine Miracle, which helps people who suffer from headaches and migraines. I also have experience helping athletes recover from sports injuries such as tendonitis, IT Band tightness/pain, and strained muscles. My training and experience helped me achieve a greater understanding of the total body connection so I often suggest stretching and postural corrections to help clients live pain free. |
Jessi, AZ License MT-28699I am passionate about providing the very best patient care. It is extremely important to me to build strong relationships with my clients that are conducive to a safe, trusting environment for the healing process.
I attended the International College of Holistic Studies, receiving credentials as both a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP). After which I continued my studies in Dynamic Cupping and Myofascial Decompression Therapy for injury and sports recovery, as well as Structural Integration. I've worked in both the Fitness and Chiropractic environments. This experience led me to pursue additional specialty trainings that target pain management for conditions such as Sciatica, TMJ and Frozen Shoulder. I like to use a blend of modalities, such as deep tissue, trigger point, and Swedish massage, to create a customized treatment for each client. My goal is to encourage a deeper mind and body connection in each session by promoting blood circulation, body alignment, and overall relaxation. I am passionate about harmonizing the human body and dedicated to sharing the many benefits of massage with my clients. |
Tyler, Executive Administrative Assistant
I have been with Bodies in Balance for almost 4 years now while attending NAU as a student to graduate with a Bachelors in Accounting. I am very active and spend a lot of time exercising, so I know how bodily discomfort and pain can affect the day to day standard of living. I enjoy getting massages from all of the experienced staff here at Bodies in Balance for sore muscles and pain and all the stress of being a student, which enables me to recommend clients to certain therapists for specific needs. I love helping clients with suggestions for the self care items we offer in office as well as keeping clients on track and scheduled for their health and wellness journey.
